Printing Policies

1.Artwork must be submitted on white or transparent background 300 dpi
2.We are not responsible for damaged customer supplied garments
3.All orders must be paid upfront or put a deposit down. Order will be paid in full before pickup or shipping. No taking product without payment.
4.Mockup must be sent or mockup will be made for you (please keep in mind that flat images are different than 3d sizing. Mockups may vary and sizing will be based on the way your graphic pulls up, scaled.)
5.Pantones must be submitted for custom colors. If not, colors will be matched to nearest pantone.
6.If we get to press and a sample is printed and you don’t approve and want to alter size or colors, there will be a charge unless it was a mistake on my end.

Return policy (Blanks by KP, Disruptive)

1.All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions.
2.Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. We will not accept worn or altered product.
3.Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.
4.Defective or wrong items must be reported immediately with photo proof. Failure to provide proof = no return.
5.Custom or printed blanks are final sale. No returns, no exchanges.
6.Refunds will be issued only after product is received and inspected. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
7.We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not follow these terms.
